What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.

Calls are recorded

We record phone calls to our number. A recorded message plays right when you dial in, before we route you to the water treatment pro we match you with. Because California requires everyone on a call to agree, staying connected after hearing that message means you are okay with it. If recording bothers you, just hang up and reach out through the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

Your details help us answer your question, set up the free in-home water test, and check back in later. We pass them along to the licensed water treatment pro we connect you with so they can get in touch and handle the job. We never sell your info or hand it off to anyone else unless it is needed to finish the service.

Analytics and cookies

To see which pages visitors find helpful, we run Google Analytics 4. It only starts working once you click Accept on the cookie banner. Before that happens, no analytics cookies get placed and nothing goes to Google.

Once you give the okay, Google Analytics places cookies in your browser, such as _ga and _ga_<id>, which separate new visits from returning ones and track how people use the site. They stick around for as long as two years. Google handles this information for us. Thanks to Google Consent Mode being turned on, analytics stays paused until you say yes. We never use these details to figure out who you are, and we do not sell them.

California privacy rights under CCPA/CPRA

Living in California means you can ask what personal details we gather, view or remove them, fix mistakes, and say no to any sale or sharing of that information. We do not sell your personal data. Analytics only runs if you allow it.

You have three options to turn off analytics: hit Decline on the cookie banner, tap the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of the page to bring the banner back and take away your permission whenever you like, or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) inside your browser. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we count it as a decline right away and keep analytics from loading.

Call buttons

Tapping a call button on our site logs an anonymous tally of that action, capturing just the page you were on and the time. No cookies get set, no IP address is saved, and nothing points back to you. We only look at this to see which pages encourage people to call.
